Terms of Service

Age requirement. You must be at least 21 years old to browse or purchase from this site. By entering, you confirm you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction. We verify ID on functional items and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Intended use. All products are sold for tobacco and/or other legal smoking use only and are not intended for illegal use. By purchasing, you affirm you will use them lawfully.

Product accuracy. Because glass is handmade, slight variation in color, size, and pattern is normal and is not a defect. We photograph our inventory in-house to represent it as accurately as possible.

Pricing. Prices and availability can change without notice. We're not liable for typographical errors and may correct them and cancel affected orders.

Refund & Return Policy

Damage in transit. Glass is fragile — inspect your order on arrival. If something arrives broken, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging and we'll make it right (replacement or refund). Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Returns. Unused, undamaged items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days. For health and safety reasons, used items, mouthpieces, vape/atomizer components, and clearance items are final sale.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Shipping Policy

  • Free USPS Priority on orders over $100; free local delivery over $75 in the WPB zone.
  • Orders generally ship within 1–2 business days; tracking is provided on every order.
  • We ship worldwide. International duties/taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on destination and contents.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. Information you provide at checkout or contact (name, email, phone, shipping address) and basic analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it. To process and ship orders, verify age/identity where required, respond to inquiries, prevent fraud, and — if you opt in — send updates about new drops and deals. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Sharing. We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (payment, shipping, email) and where required by law. We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices. You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. California residents may have additional rights (CCPA); products shipped to California carry a Prop 65 warning where applicable.
